Overview:
In my role at ManpowerGroup, I directly collaborate with Web Development, Content Designers, Web Performance, Marketing Executives, Project Managers and VPs, in effort to understand and deliver for the marketing technology solutions needs for the lines of business under ManpowerGroup in North America. We define the business and customer goals in effort to bridge the gap and deliver for our staffing needs and other related solutions that we offer. The design(s) below displays the final deliverables that users (B2B or B2C) would experience under Manpower, ManpowerGroup, Experis, Talent Solutions and more.
UX Governance
The way ManpowerGroup is structured, different teams across the various lines of business can add new features or apps into the ecosystem but they need to follow our governance process to ensure core principles are met for a consistent experience. When teams make it to the UX evaluation step of the process, my role was to meet with these teams to understand their business goals, the purpose of their application and evaluate the design to ensure it meets our brand standards, design aim and ADA standards. Some teams that need new applications don't always have the UX design resources to help build their products. So depending on their needs, we provide either a full UX design process engagement or a limited engagement.
