RetroCore utilize both manual input information and AI to analyze feedbacks and provide informed solutions to dissatisfactions of users.

Problem Statement

In today's highly competitive market, businesses are constantly striving to improve their products and services to meet customer expectations. However, the lack of an efficient feedback system often hinders the ability of these businesses to understand the needs and preferences of their target audience accurately.

Traditional survey methods are time-consuming, limited in scope, and may not deliver actionable insights. There is a pressing need for a reliable, automated, and data-driven feedback tool to bridge this gap.

The Solution

RetroCore offers a state-of-the-art platform that empowers businesses to design, execute, and analyze survey campaigns with ease. It provides a range of tools and features tailored to meet the unique requirements of each business, allowing them to gather targeted feedback from their customers.

A tool that will simplify how businesses collect feedbacks, and also use AI to analyze feedbacks data. This tool will aid businesses to easily pinpoint their users pain-points from the analyzed data, act on them to improve the overall satisfaction of their users.

After collecting all the users interview data, I started to design the information architecture. For a complex system like this with multiple functionalities, it is important to create an end to end Information Architecture that will simplify how users can perform any task with ease, without experiencing friction.

These two user personas represent the diverse needs and challenges faced by different types of business owners. RetroCore can be tailored to address the specific pain points of each persona, offering valuable solutions to optimize their color, size, and feedback management processes.
